Description
Cesium lead halide perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have emerged as one of the most promising emissive materials for next-generation displays and solid-state lighting. Our CsPbBr3 quantum dots deliver a narrow, symmetric green emission centered between 510 and 530 nm with a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of only 12-20 nm, producing exceptional color purity that surpasses conventional cadmium-based quantum dots.
Synthesized through a hot-injection route and passivated with robust surface ligands, the particles exhibit a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) typically above 85% and high photostability under continuous illumination. Average particle size can be tuned from 6 to 12 nm, enabling precise control of the emission peak to meet target color points for wide-gamut displays.
The quantum dots are supplied as a stable colloidal dispersion in hexane, toluene or octane, with solid content customized from 1% to 10%. They are compatible with inkjet printing, photoresist dispersion and remote down-conversion films, making them suitable for QD-OLED enhancement, mini-LED and LCD backlight units, as well as emerging applications in fluorescence detection and solid-state lasers.
To ensure reproducibility, every lot is characterized by UV-Vis absorption, photoluminescence spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering, and the results are included in the certificate of analysis. Our team provides formulation guidance for integrating the quantum dots into resins, barrier films and encapsulation systems.
We understand that performance alone is not enough in a production environment, so we provide rigorous quality documentation, stable lot-to-lot reproducibility and responsive technical consultation. Whether for research evaluation or volume manufacturing, these perovskite quantum dots offer a bright, color-accurate and scalable solution for advanced optoelectronics, helping developers shorten the development cycle and reach the market faster with dependable emissive components.
